What is CPI?

CPI, or Connecting People with Impact, is a transformation consultancy firm that’s all about real conversations, real solutions, and real impact. With over 20 years of experience, CPI works with seasoned consultants who’ve been on both sides of the table—inside organizations and as trusted advisors. This unique perspective means their advice isn’t just theoretical; it’s practical and ready to be put into action. More than that, CPI helps organizations implement these tailored solutions, making sure they truly fit the specific questions and needs of each client. And here’s a key point: CPI is a proud B Corp, committed to making a positive impact on people, the environment, and society in everything they do.

Main Benefits of CPI’s Approach

What really sets CPI apart? It’s their holistic and people-centered approach to consultancy. Here are some key facts and figures that highlight their impact:

  • B Corp score of 93.6, reflecting strong social and environmental performance
  • Expertise across Risk Management, Finance, Governance, and Compliance & Integrity
  • Unique Hearts & Minds™ approach combining structure with culture and behavior
  • Consultants with hands-on experience on both sides of the table for actionable advice
  • Focus on sustainable, lasting change rather than quick fixes

Risk Management with a Smart Twist

Risk isn’t just something to avoid—it’s something to understand and even use to your advantage. CPI’s experts help organizations manage all kinds of risks—strategic, operational, financial, behavioral, IT-related, and ESG risks. They bring structure and a keen eye for culture, ensuring that risk management aligns with your strategic goals. It’s not just about ticking boxes; it’s about smart, integrated risk handling that supports your organization’s success.

Finance That Works Smarter, Not Harder

Finance can be complex, but CPI’s consultants make it simpler and more effective. They assist with standardizing processes, boosting accountability, and embracing digitization and AI. The goal? To keep you fully in control—financially and beyond. And it’s not just about numbers; it’s about building an efficient, future-ready organization that considers everyone involved. It’s finance with a human touch.

Governance Rooted in Leadership and Culture

Good governance goes beyond rules and structures. CPI knows it requires personal leadership, openness, and a strong culture. Their services include board evaluations, leadership coaching, and training—all designed to strengthen governance in a way that’s effective and people-oriented. The focus is on sustainable development, making sure governance supports long-term success and integrity.

Project Impact and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

  • SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being – promoting safe and integral work cultures
  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – fostering efficient and future-oriented organizations
  • SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure – supporting digitization and AI in finance
  • SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production – integrating ESG risks into management
  • SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions – enhancing governance and compliance

Why CPI’s Hearts & Minds™ Approach Matters

The magic behind CPI’s success is their Hearts & Minds™ approach. It’s a unique blend of the ‘hard’ side—clear structures and processes—and the ‘soft’ side—culture and behavior. This balance builds trust and creates a safe environment where people don’t just change because they have to, but because they want to. That internal support is what makes change last. It’s about connecting people with impact, humanizing organizations, and making sure change truly sticks.
