OrgBetter runs an online “Organizational Health Check”: companies take a structured survey covering management components, organizational structure, and business competencies, and get back a scored report across four categories. The methodology draws on frameworks referenced from McKinsey’s organizational health diagnosis and IBM’s Business Leadership Model, built with input from executives at companies including DuPont, IBM, and TSMC during development.
