BRIGHT, led by CEO Michael Rodziewicz and based in San Pedro Alcántara on Spain’s Costa del Sol, designs and builds luxury villas that combine architectural design and development under one roof, growing out of the design studio UDesign (established 2008, Marbella).

Where the standard shows up

• Vista Lago Residences: 18 luxury villas at El Real de la Quinta, the first urban development project in Spain certified by BREEAM
• Villa Alcuzcuz: the largest luxury Passive House villa in Spain, built to Passive House standards with an airtight envelope, high insulation and heat-recovery ventilation
