Her background in social development for mining projects and her experience learning from master artisans shaped her vision — to empower strong female leaders and bridge the gap from mine to artisan. Alongside her is Carolina Tejada, Operations Director, a business administrator with over 15 years dedicated to educating women in extreme poverty through ANSPAC Peru. Together, they drive Casa Collab’s mission forward with passion and purpose.
