A sensor that lets cip station be measured online.

CIP (Clean In Place) stations don’t have a good way to measure how long each part of the cleaning process should take. This is a big waste of time, energy, and water. Elodys International has made a new optical sensor called the OptiClean sensor that helps the industry set time and control of CIP stations. OptiClean has productivity gains, as well as OPEX/environmental effects and CAPEX (CIP station capacity) (water, energy). A strong improvement in CIP Quality management, which is important for a number of industrial activities, is also a big plus.

Positive facts about OptiClean

Reduction of 15 to 25% of CIP water consumption
Reduction of 15% of CIP Energy consumption
Customers save between 15% and 80% of cleaning time
Payback under two years
