Whether addressing an operational emergency, providing interim management, or executing a strategic project, the Transition Managers of the LUM Community intervene quickly to secure and sustainably develop activities. Engaged since 2014 for excellence in transitional management and greater responsibility, this project is all about integrating qualified external resources into a company’s organization for a limited duration and specific objective. It goes beyond just support; the Transition Manager becomes part of the team to implement the necessary changes, making it a dynamic and engaging approach to management de transition.

Immediately after a contact is made, a response is provided within 48 hours with a selection of profiles that closely match the mission’s needs. Once the most suitable manager is selected, the mission begins with a detailed diagnostic, including a crucial risk and impact measurement. With an online tool, the evolution of the organization towards a more serene and positively impactful position can be tracked – a process that is as reassuring as it is innovative.

A typical Transition Manager is not only experienced in salaried management but also excels in team management and has ample expertise in working in “mission” mode.
