What the Project Is
WEAC started out 10 years ago, in June 2015, and soon became known as WEACREATE – the first Women’s Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation Center in Zambia. This journey, supported by the US Department of State and in partnership with the US Embassy, was all about opening doors to hundreds of women entrepreneurs. The project is aimed at helping local female-led businesses solve local problems and create jobs – a real game changer in a world that’s constantly changing… Meanwhile, Mpeni Farm Ltd is carving out its niche in integrated farming by producing organic products through environmentally friendly methods, showcasing how innovative practices can boost local economies and sustain community life.
