Meanwhile, Arthur Combs, another founding force, is launching OE Consulting. This new venture is evolving directly out of Schaffer&Combs and includes many of the same colleagues. OE Consulting will continue to provide search, talent, and organizational effectiveness solutions. In fact, all active searches from Schaffer&Combs have already been transferred to OE Consulting, ensuring continuity for clients and partners alike.
