The creative force behind NOMADESSENCE is led by Founder and Creative Director Milena Cvijanovich, the idea generator who drives the vision forward. Alongside her is Co-Founder Teresa Ashton, who handles business development and strategic growth. The technical and design architecture teams include Karolina Simiot, Agnes Kovendi, Luca Muller, Eszter Szoke, and Tijana Čolović, all bringing their expertise to every project. Supporting them are Nenad Stijović, the 3D renderer; April Furio, operations manager; Dzeina Taurina, social media manager; and Joy Del Rosario, accounting manager.
