This project is centered on the truly transformative power of soft skills – a belief captured by the simple yet compelling statement, “Soft is Good.” It is understood that practical action must come first, and theory later – quite an approach, as Diego Zúñiga reminds us with, “Our approach is practical first, theoretical later.” The initiative supports leaders from the most successful companies in LATAM, empowering them to enhance their soft skills so that better results can be achieved with their people. This is all about making that leap from knowing to doing, igniting the potential that lies in every team.

Rodrigo SAA is a consultant, entrepreneur, and co-founder as well as the Executive Director of HUMIND. His background as a former innovation consultant supports his leadership in corporate intra-entrepreneurship. Then there’s Constanza Hasbún, a senior trainer and organizational psychologist, who brings over 12 years of experience in cultural change projects and difficult team interventions. Her expertise in competency management and leadership coaching shines through her engagements. Rounding out the team, Alberto Rodríguez, a cum laude lawyer and senior trainer, is renowned for his role as a professor of strategic leadership and business strategy.
