- Subsidies: Students from Denmark and the EU can get housing benefits ranging from 700 to 800 DKK

How to Apply and What to Expect

When moving in, expect to pay a deposit and prepaid rent, each equal to three months’ rent. This prepaid rent covers your last three months, which also acts as your termination notice period. Living in the Villages: What’s Included?
The apartments come unfurnished, but they’re equipped with essentials like electricity, water, and heating through water-based radiators. You’ll also find a small fridge and freezer, a sink, a ventilation system, and a portable induction cooking top. Bathrooms are shared, but only with one other person, keeping things comfortable.
