Travel with Us for a Greener Future
Imagine a journey where every mile you travel helps the planet breathe a little easier. That’s exactly what this project is all about. By choosing shared transport, it’s not just about getting from A to B—it’s about less traffic, less pollution, and fewer accidents. Since the start, approximately 1,336,030 kg of CO2 has been saved thanks to travelers opting for this greener choice. It’s a movement toward sustainability that’s gaining momentum, proving that small changes in how we travel can make a huge difference.
Main Benefits of Choosing Sustainable Travel
Here’s the lowdown on the impact this initiative has made so far:
- 750 trees planted in partnership with WOWnature*
- 178,643 fewer cars on the road
- 12.4 million kilometers saved
- 2.55 million kilograms of CO2 emissions avoided

Partnering with WOWnature for Reforestation
Since 2023, this project has teamed up with WOWnature to support reforestation efforts. Together, they’ve committed to planting and caring for 1,000 new trees over the next three years. These forests aren’t just about trees—they’re about creating green lungs that absorb CO2 and provide countless environmental benefits. It’s a partnership that’s rooted in responsibility and a shared vision for a healthier planet.
Where the Green Magic Happens
The impact isn’t just numbers on a page—it’s happening in real places across Italy. Thanks to the partnership with WOWnature, forests are growing in:
- Italy Friendship Park – Tezze sul Brenta (VI)
- Lombard Park of the Ticino Valley – Abbiategrasso (MI)
- Val di Fiemme – Val di Fiemme (TN)
- Lio Piccolo, Venice Lagoon – Cavallino Treporti (VE)
Each of these areas benefits from the CO2 absorption and the ecological advantages that come with new forests. It’s a step closer to environmental responsibility with every journey taken.
Why Shared Transport Matters
Did you know the transport sector is responsible for about a quarter of greenhouse gas emissions? That’s huge. But here’s the good news: with this shared transport model, every bus that departs removes an average of 15 cars from the road. That means less congestion, cleaner air, and a smaller carbon footprint. On average, every passenger who hops on saves 50 kg of CO2. It’s a simple choice with a powerful impact.
