In Belgium, there is an urgent demand for high-quality affordable housing to meet rising demographic pressures and the existing socioeconomic status of vulnerable populations. However, due to general financial constraints, historical actors of social and inexpensive housing are unable to furnish these housings.
Inclusio’s objective is to give enriching and economical housing alternatives to these vulnerable groups. Inclusio fosters and facilitates social integration by delivering a large quantity of high-quality affordable homes to the market and by actively collaborating with social service providers and municipal governments.
Inclusio is a completely privately funded project that allows institutional and private investors to make investments with a significant social effect.
