More than half of the energy that is used on Earth is lost as heat. Even though this is a big source of savings, few concrete recovery goals have been met because current technologies are expensive and hard to use. Getting industries to use less energy is a big challenge for the economy and the best way to meet commitments to cut greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). Our creative solution turns waste heat from burning processes into electricity. It works with fumes that are hotter than 300 °C to make a range of power from 25 kWe to 1 MWe. A mixture of vegetable oil and vapor is pushed at high speed onto a turbine to make the system work. When connected to an alternator, it lets electricity be made. This electricity can either be used again by the customer or sent back into the grid. Our solution is strong, green, and will give you twice as much money back as competing technologies.
