A plan for building places where organic waste from homes can be treated.
In order to increase the amount of trash that isn’t sent to landfills, Viridis has made a process chain that makes it possible to treat and dry the organic part of trash, clean it, and turn it into a fertilizer used in farming. VIRIDIS gives its municipal partners a turnkey service that includes designing, financing, and running sites for treating household waste. With this service proposal, Viridis gives its generator customers a way to handle organic waste without using a third collection and the brown bin. Between 5,000 and 25,000 tons of household waste can be processed by this method. Viridis’s integrated service offer is based on a patented bio-drying technology called SHOC® technology. This technology is at the center of the process that is proposed. SHOC is made to treat this kind of material well in a closed enclosure, without the need for leachate management or the use of materials to make structures.
