TyreFlow Recycling Process is a complete solution for recycling old tires from start to finish
The goal of TyreFlow’s solution is to make a full process for old tires, from beginning to end. Its model is based on local collection and recycling centers, which is better for the environment than the other option, which is to ship old tires abroad to be thrown away or recycled. After the waste tires are collected, the solution includes two different ways to improve them: 1) making durable and sustainable thermoplastic compounds from the scrap tires and recycled plastics (NeoCrumbs), and 2) refining the carbon black from the scrap tires to make a final product that can compete with pure furnace black in terms of quality, creating true cradle-to-cradle recycling (RCB Nanotechnologies).
