A platform for artificial intelligence that helps maritime actors make predictions.
Sinay suggests a Port Digital Hub, a unique tool for holistic data-driven port automation and environment management. Two services in particular are being looked at: the prediction of when a ship will arrive (PTA) and the parameters of water pollution. Combining these two services is the best way to come up with a solution for the Port and Shipping industries’ most pressing problems (PTA). PTA is a key parameter that affects a wide range of port management tasks, such as planning the use of docks or managing the flow of ships. Also, being able to predict the parameters of water quality can be used in two ways. First, judging the quality of the environment and predicting pollution events. Second, the calculations of water quality parameters and the calculations of PTAs use many of the same input data. So, the idea is to get data from technologies in space and on the water, use advanced AI algorithms, and make web-based services more common in order to digitalize Port logistics and environmental management processes.
