Gulplug – A magnetic plug that accelerates electric vehicles adoption and reduces the cost of charging infrastructure thanks to automated plug-in.
Developed in 2014 in France, gulplug provides a solution to Green industry & infrastructure, Sustainable cities & communities – in line with sustainable development goals for the future.
The gulplug consist of an automated plug-in that charges the car without human interaction.The vehicle is automatically plugged in as soon as it is parked on its usual slot.
Automatic plug-in would make it possible to achieve 1.2% of the European Union’s CO2 emission reduction targets in 2035.
